Whether you are looking for Skype, telephone, Brisbane or Ipswich counselling at Creative Life Solutions, a Medicare rebate is only available when referred by a GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). With a MHTP you are eligible to receive a $75.95 Medicare rebate for up to ten counselling sessions per calendar year, leaving an out of pocket cost of $124.05 per session.
For more information please refer to the Better Access to Mental Health Care fact sheet for patients. Unfortunately, the Medicare rebate is not available for couples counselling, coaching or online counselling services.
The cost of a 50 minute consultation is $200. Payment is required at the end of each session by cash or EFTPOS. To confirm your online appointment full payment is required 48hrs prior to session.
During the initial appointment we work together to gain a shared understanding of what brings you to Creative Life Solutions, and what it is you would like to achieve. We will identify the goals of care and develop a treatment plan to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

I pride myself on the care and consideration I give to my clients. Whist I realise unforeseen situations may occur from time to time I would really appreciate at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. I can than offer your appointment to someone on my waiting list and reschedule a more suitable time for you.
Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $80 late fee to assist with covering the cost of the session.
